Bills to host 'topping out' ceremony for new stadium Friday morning

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Buffalo Bills will be hosting a "topping out" ceremony for construction on the new Highmark Stadium, scheduled for Friday morning at 10 a.m.New York Governor Kathy Hochul, State Senator Sean Ryan and acting Buffalo Mayor Chris Scanlon will be among those in attendance and are set to deliver remarks at the event.When the event begins, a livestream of the ceremony will be available in the video player above.
