Along 4 The Hike: Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge
WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The hike at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge in Genesee and Orleans counties is the only National Wildlife Refuge in Western New York.
The calls of bald eagles, wood ducks, herons and more can be heard on the hike. Located about 40 miles Northeast of Buffalo, the refuge has numerous pools and twisting trails from a mile long to nearly eight miles long.
