BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The 5/14 Memorial Foundation Inc. secured 18 parcels of land, both city-owned and privately owned, for the construction of a memorial project to remember the 10 lives of those who were killed in the racist mass shooting at a Tops on May 14, 2022, and serve as a place of healing for the community.The memorial will be located on the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Best Street, which has already been cleared, Rev.
