1 in hospital after incident on Route 33

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A person was taken to the hospital Thursday night with apparent gunshot wounds, according to Cheektowaga Police.Police responded to a report of shots fired from one vehicle into another vehicle on Route 33.
