Auchincloss floats 'nuclear option' to boost Mass. home construction

U.S. Rep. Jake Auchincloss this week touched what he acknowledged is a "third rail" issue of Massachusetts housing law: changing the state's Chapter 40B regulations to spur more housing production, sometimes against the wishes of cities and towns.
