Warning sirens in Central Texas: Activated in some counties, awaiting plans in others

On Tuesday, Gov. Abbott issued a disaster declaration for 59 counties. To survey the use of sirens, KXAN Investigates reached out to more than 20 counties or cities across Central Texas.
