Trump says he’d ‘rather not’ extend Affordable Care Act subsidies

President Trump on Tuesday said he would prefer not to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies that are set to expire at the end of the year, but acknowledged it may be necessary to reach an agreement on health care legislation.
