Stewart's titanic blast fuels huge 1st inning, Texas one win away from 2nd national title

Trailing 1-0 after Texas Tech's Mihyia Davis hit a solo home run in the top of the first, the Longhorns didn't waste time responding. After Kayden Henry bunted her way on, Stewart blasted a 1-0 offering from Kaitlyn Terry over the center field bleachers 263 feet from home plate to make it 2-1. She's hit a home run in four consecutive WCWS games, and it was the seventh homer of her career in the WCWS.
