Save Our Springs, PODER sue city council over 'illegal gift' in Dog’s Head development

Two group of environmental advocacy groups sued the city of Austin and city council over the approval of a development agreement and a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone for a private developer to build a factory on “Dog’s Head,” in Austin.
