Paxton tells Texas universities not to sign agreement with college sports enforcement organization

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sent letters to Texas universities that are members of the biggest collegiate conferences to urge them not to sign an agreement that would waive their right to legally challenge any punishments issued by a newly formed enforcement agency for college sports.
