New parking shuttle to provide transport for Zilker Park, Barton Springs visitors

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Austinites will soon have an easier way to access a congested part of Zilker Park and Barton Springs every weekend just in time for summer.Austin Parks and Recreation is launching the Zilker Loop May 24, a free service to transport visitors from a "less congested Stratford Parking Lot to popular areas in the park including Zilker Playground, Barton Creek and Barton Springs Pool."Zilker Loop will run every Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. and will continue through Sept. 1,
