'Like a perfect storm': 13 saved in double cave rescue

Seven inches of rainfall over a span of hours Saturday caused flash flooding throughout parts of Jackson County and trapped 13 people in two separate caves. First responders said fast-moving water made the rescue difficult, but they got everyone out safely.
