Fugitive donated $25,000 to Ken Paxton days after being indicted for embezzlement

Attorney General Ken Paxton rang in 2025 at a party in Dubai that was also attended by two men who were indicted by the federal government for embezzling millions of dollars of funds at an Illinois hospital, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
