Amber Alert issued for missing Odessa 11-month-old

The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an Amber Alert for an 11-month-old boy who is believed to be with a 20-year-old woman. The two were last seen on the 7000 block of West Westmoor Road in Odessa, Texas, on June 30 at 10 a.m.
