Tax Cuts and Jobs Act sunsetting: A health care industry perspective

Tax legislation will be a hot topic for individuals and entities in the health care industry during the upcoming election. While future legislation may be unpredictable, several provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) will sunset on Dec. 31, 2025, unless they are extended or made permanent by legislation.
