Flock Safety rolls out changes amid backlash over police surveillance tech abuse

As the Atlanta-based surveillance company Flock Safety gets backlash and more Georgia officers are fired and arrested for misusing the surveillance network, Flock's CEO comes forward with an apology and newly announced changes. CBS News Atlanta's Emily McLeod reports on the ongoing debate.
