SoberRide returns this weekend for free Cinco de Mayo rides

Anyone planning on imbibing on Cinco de Mayo may want to bookmark this page: the Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) is offering its free SoberRide program for the upcoming holiday.
Cinco de Mayo is, as the name suggests, this Sunday, May 5. The SoberRide program will start at noon on Sunday and continue until midnight.
