Mayor, business owners cast blame after another River Market shooting

The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened over the weekend, just a few feet away from the Arkansas Times offices. Two juveniles had an altercation Saturday night that escalated to gunfire near Scott and Markham streets in the River Market District around 8:46 p.m.; one was struck and is in stable condition at a hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
