St. John Bosco baseball’s clutch hitting takes down Mater Dei in 10 innings
SANTA ANA — The St. John Bosco baseball team used clutch hitting from junior left fielder Noah Everly and quality pitching from senior Trevor Heishman to pull off a 3-2 victory at Mater Dei in a Trinity League game that lasted 10 innings Tuesday night.
Everly went 4 for 5 at the plate with two RBIs, including a two-out RBI triple, which scored a go-ahead run for a 2-1 lead in the 10th inning.
Bosco junior first baseman Moises Razo’s RBI single scored Everly for an insurance run to go
