Coming off the high of season 18, arguably one of the best in the franchise’s history, the latest season of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” which just wrapped its finale, failed to reach that Icarian high. Despite a noticeable drop in caliber, the Housewives appeared in more than two dozen standout Southern California restaurants.
Costa Mesa eateries appeared the most this season, inadvertently helping to erode the city’s one-time reputation as a comparatively afforda
