Huntington Beach volleyball makes CIF-SS rankings look good in win over CdM

HUNTINGTON BEACH — The computer-based rankings that the CIF Southern Section is using now in many teams sports are frequently criticized.
The CIF-SS boys volleyball rankings looked good, and accurate, Wednesday at Huntington Beach High.
Huntington Beach, No. 2 in the CIF-SS rankings, beat No. 4 Corona del Mar in four sets, 25-18, 18-25, 25-15, 25-20, in a Sunset League match at Huntington Beach High.
