Freebie of the week: Pomona Chalk Art Festival

Enjoy the 17th annual Pomona Chalk Art Festival on Saturday, Nov. 8.  And it’s free!
You can compete for a prize, join for fun or just observe. This year’s theme is “Diversity.”
