CURRITUCK COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — The North Carolina girl who was on the receiving end of profanities and a racial slur, while on a Currituck County school bus Thursday said she was shocked by what the woman said to her.The incident, captured on a video obtained by Nexstar's WAVY, shows a woman, later identified by police as Samantha Spoor, 35, yelling at the girl, eighth-grade Moyock Middle School student Savannah Bailey.
