San Juan County Fire & Rescue puts a pause on burn permits amid drought

SAN JUAN COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) — San Juan County Fire & Rescue will not issue burn permits until further notice, the organization announced on Wednesday. Along with that, opening burn is currently prohibited in Bloomfield, Kirtland, and unincorporated San Juan County.
