Metropolitan Detention Center inmate dies

BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – The Metropolitan Detention Center says an inmate has died. MDC said that on Friday, 45-year-old James Gonzales was in medical distress and was transported to University of New Mexico Hospital, where he died on Sunday.
