Fire restrictions being lifted on Mountainair and Sandia Ranger Districts on Friday

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The Cibola National Forest and National Grasslands is lifting Stage 1 fire restrictions on the Mountainair and Sandia Ranger districts starting on Friday at 8 a.m. They said it is because of fuel moisture levels and precipitation in the area.
