'Crushing operation' kicks off construction at Otay Mesa East Port of Entry

After years of delays, work on the new Otay Mesa East Port of Entry has finally begun with a 'crushing operation' using excess rubble taken from San Diego Airport's Terminal One project, which is now wrapping up.
