LUBBOCK, Texas -- A federal complaint obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Wednesday revealed three witnesses saw the vehicle that 26-year-old Alek Collins drove to a Clovis park when he was accused of kidnapping a baby, killing two women and injuring a child in a shooting.Police responded to Ned Houk Park on May 3.
