In Memoriam: Clifford Lynch

Ed. Note: Cliff Lynch was a hero and teacher (via his writing) of mine for many years first encountering his work during library school.  A number of years later I was very fortunate (blessed is a better word) when he became a role model, a mentor, and most importantly, a friend.
