US Judge Rejects Claims in Case Challenging DOJ's Immigration Court Program Cuts

"Plaintiffs, accordingly, may not circumvent the Tucker Act or the APA's reviewability bar by reframing an alleged statutory violation as a constitutional claim," U.S. District Judge Randolph D. Moss of the District of Columbia wrote in a ruling allowing the Trump administration to terminate or restructure five immigration court programs.
