State High Court Reinstates Boston University's Suit Over Faulty Athletic Field Design

The court said the consulting and engineering firm Clough, Harbour & Associates cannot base its refusal on the state's statute of repose because the parties mutually decided to incorporate a negligence standard of care into their contract with an indemnification provision.
