NY Responds To DOJ Lawsuit Aiming to Strike Protections Against Civil Immigration Arrests at State Courthouses

New York State has issued a preliminary response to a Department of Justice lawsuit seeking to strike protections against civil immigration arrests in and around courthouses in the Empire State.
