Law Firms Close 'Convenience Offices' in Post-COVID Shift

Several Am Law 200 law firms closed smaller offices last year, even in larger markets as D.C. and Chicago, as firms in general have grown more strategic about their footprints, decreased “convenience offices" with just a few lawyers, and redirected resources since the pandemic.
