Stocks surge 600+ points after wild week

China hit the U.S. with a new tariff, raising the tax on American goods to 125%. It comes after the White House raised tariffs on China to 145%. All of it, fueling a wild week on Wall Street. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
