United Living names new property services senior team

United Living has reshuffled the top team at its Property Services division with the appointment of a new chief executive and chief operating officer.
Claire Kershaw steps in as CEO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector.
She has held senior leadership roles at Kier where she rose to regional operations director of residential and Willmott Dixon where Kershaw was a procurement director.Joining her as COO is Vlad Nedelcu, who previously led PiLON before it was acquired
