Square Mile Pinners hall deep retrofit gets go-ahead

Development manager Patrizia has won planning for a deep retrofit of the former Pinners Hall at 108 Old Broad Street in the City of London.
City planners have backed the revamp of the 1990s block, which is owned by long-standing partner Far East Organization. The site sits between Liverpool Street and Bank, in a hotspot of new City core development.
