SCAPE opens bidding for £8bn construction framework

Procurement specialist SCAPE has opened bidding for its next £8bn national construction framework, offering up to 15 contractor places across five lots.
The Construction Works and Services Framework will cover England, Wales and Northern Ireland and is expected to run from 2027 to 2031, with the option of a further two-year extension.
SCAPE plans to appoint three delivery partners to each lot, giving public sector clients more choice when selecting contractors for individual projects.The l
