Plans in for Bristol Brabazon over-station office block

YTL Developments has submitted plans for an eight-storey office building at its Brabazon regeneration scheme at the former Filton Airfield in North Bristol.
The planned 120,000 sq ft office will sit directly above the ticket office for a new Brabazon train station, which BAM has just started building.
Designed by AHR Architects, the offices will meet top sustainability and connectivity benchmarks, including EPC A, BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, and WiredScore Platinum.
