Plans go in for £45m transformation of derelict site

Wavensmere Homes has submitted a full planning application to Birmingham City Council for its proposed £45m redevelopment of the Clarendon Suites site in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The 1.39 Ha (3.43-acre) site – which has lain vacant for over a decade – could accommodate 165 new houses and apartments.
