MOD maps out £26bn Project Royal Oak naval bases rebuild

The Ministry of Defence has unveiled details of a £26bn programme to rebuild the UK’s three principal naval bases with a decade of marine civils, dockyard engineering and building work in the biggest naval infrastructure investment since the Cold War.
