McLaren clears planning for Hammersmith student block

McLaren Property has got the planning green light to build a 291-bed student accommodation scheme in Hammersmith, west London.
The 14-storey Sussex Place project, estimated to cost around £45m to build, will replace an ageing eight-storey office block beside Hammersmith station.
