Green light for 44-storey Manchester resi tower

Developer Glenbrook has secured detailed planning consent for a 44-storey residential tower in Manchester city centre.
Manchester City Council approved the landmark Whitworth Street West scheme, which will deliver 364 flats and over 7,700 sq ft of internal and external amenity space across the lower three floors.
