DfE signs main work contracts on six school projects

The Department for Education has cleared another strong batch of school schemes, pushing 10 projects into delivery as the latest wave of rebuilds and refurbishments gathers pace across England.
Four schemes have reached preconstruction agreement stage, with Willmott Dixon strengthening its grip on early-stage work after signing deals at Strode College & Crispin School in Street and Somerton, Sale High School in Greater Manchester, and Oulton Academy in Leeds.
