The Earls Court Development Company has won planning for a key stage of its 7.5m sq ft masterplan to develop central London’s largest cleared development site.
Last night Hammersmith & Fulham councillors approved hybrid plans to turn a 44-acre wasteland into 4,000-home innovation district.
