Conamar lands £18m City of London bank refurb

Hertfordshire based contractor Conamar has landed an £18m deal from Alchemy Asset Management to deliver the speculative refurbishment and decarbonisation of 7-21 Wilson Street in the City of London.
Work is set to start on site in January to transform the former transform the former Arbuthnot Bank and complete in summer 2027.
