Conamar lands £18m City of London bank refurb

Hertfordshire based contractor Conamar has landed an £18m deal from Alchemy Asset Management to deliver the speculative refurbishment and decarbonisation of 7-21 Wilson Street in the City of London.
Work is set to start on site in January to transform the former transform the former Arbuthnot Bank and complete in summer 2027.
Conamar will create 36,000 sq ft of best-in-class, sustainably refurbished workspace including a substantial rooftop terrace.A central part of the project will be a n
