Cardo seals deal to save 100 jobs at Breyer roofing arm

Building maintenance specialist Cardo Group has signed a deal to acquire Breyer Group’s roofing division from administrators.
The move saves 100 jobs while Cardo has also taken over Breyer’s contract with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for responsive repairs and maintenance to ensure services continue uninterrupted.
Lloyds Bank called in insolvency specialist RSM as administrator for 250-employee housing maintenance specialist Breyer earlier this month.Glen Carter, partner
