40 M&E firms win spots on £400m CHIC framework

Midlands and southern housing procurement group, Central Housing Investment Consortium, has picked 50 firms for its new £400m Mechanical & Electrical Framework.
The four-year deal running to 2029 will be used to deliver heating, electrical and ventilation works for housing providers across the UK.
Firms have been split into two main lots: Mechanical and Heating Systems, and Electrical and Ventilation Systems.Major names winning places on the lots include Axis Europe, City Energy Networ
