Night Time Light Exposure May Be Linked to Heart Disease: Study

A new study from Harvard has found a link between night time light exposure during sleeping hours and heart disease. Scientists say that artificial light exposure at night from devices or household light sources causes circadian disruptions, a known risk factor for adverse heart outcomes. The findings also suggest that avoiding light exposure at night may lower your risk for cardiovascular disease.
