New CDC Data Signal Downward Trend in Cyclospora Outbreak

The CDC's latest update shows that daily cases of cyclosporiasis are trending downward after a monthslong outbreak. The agency confirms more than 15,700 cases of cyclosporiasis since May 1 and says it’s looking into another nearly 12,000 potential cases.
