BitGo (BTGO) Buys Into NYDIG’s Trading Desk Just as Crypto Volume Comes Back

BitGo Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of the institutional trading business of NYDIG, according to reporting from August 27, 2026. The transaction valued at roughly $42.5 million, to be paid primarily in BitGo stock, will bring approximately 30 NYDIG employees and around 250 institutional client relationships into BitGo’s operations.
